As we get back to the 'new normal' of hybrid working, the importance of resilience and managing relationships will become more important. Hester Bancroft will discuss about boosting your own resilience and learning ways to feel confident and at ease in any social or professional situation.

- How to boost your own resilience
- Strategies and techniques to deal proactively and constructively with challenging relationships
- Recognising how to use positive body language when it matters
- Learning ways to feel confident and at ease in any social or professional situation

Hester Bancroft has a first class degree in Psychology (BSc Hons), is a UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy) registered Clinical Psychotherapist, a Master Practitioner of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and is a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society (MBPsS) and a professional member of the Association of NLP (ANLP). She has been in private practice since 2008.
Hester is also currently undertaking doctoral studies in Counselling Psychology by Professional Studies (DCPsych) by Middlesex University. Completion of the programme allows for registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Registered Counselling Psychologist, and an application to the BPS for Chartered Psychologist (C.Psychol.) status.
